1. Intellectual-property licence

Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable licence for private study. Recording, editing, sharing or reselling any part of the material without written permission is prohibited. All content remains © Neil Tranter / The Buteyko Method.

2. Payment & access

Access is granted immediately after successful payment (Stripe / PayPal). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and maintaining a reliable internet connection.

3. Age requirement

This course is designed for adults 18 +. Learners aged 4–17 should work only with a qualified children’s Buteyko instructor under parental supervision.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload malicious code, harass other students, scrape content or otherwise misuse the platform. Breach of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update wording occasionally; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.

7. Refund Policy

If you decide The Breathing Reset isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No awkward forms, no hassle.  Because you receive all digital materials instantly, the statutory UK/EU cooling-off period is waived; our 7-day guarantee replaces it.
